Nixa MO Market ReportBelow is the Nixa MO Real Estate Market Report for July 2012. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to Nixa's real estate market lately. The number of homes selling between $100-200K is considerably lower than normal, but the number of homes currently under contract in this price range indicate that this particular price range has had a very recent surge in activity and we can expect to see some very healthy numbers on next month's report.
