Ozark MO Market ReportIt's been a while since I've updated my market reports. The real estate market here is phenomenal at the moment, and I've been very, very busy. Below is the Ozark MO Real Estate Market Report for March 2012. Sales for homes priced between $100-150K are on the rise. There has also been an increase in the number of homes going under contract for homes priced between $200-250K. March was a very active month, and I expect April's numbers to be really healthy.
